iVolunteer Ghana is a community for Volunteers in Ghana to move from Compassion to Action to help in the development of Ghana; one project at a time.
iVolunteers
is compassionate and highly experienced civic leader with over a decade demonstrated experience in NGO management, women and youth empowerment, rural community development and philanthrophy. Her experiences stems from years of volunteering with youth driven organizations; as well as running the internationally recognized iVolunteer Ghana.
Her works and commitment to youth development has earned her several acknowledgement and recognitions such been named an "Ashoka Youth Champion in 2018", "an Associate Fellow of the Royal Commonwealth Society in 2017", "Unleash 2017 talent" and a YALI fellow amongst many others.
She holds a certificate in Agile Project Management and Practice from the McGill University, Canada, a masters degree in Strategic Management and Consulting from the KNUST, and a Marketing degree from Central University.
Amma is a great publicist and a communication expert having been named one of Ghanas top 100 speakers in 2019 and a certified Advance Communicator Silver from Toastmasters International.
Aside her professional life, she volunteers on a lot of youth development program for different Organization as a way of contributing to making youths relevant in the decision making and governance of their countries. She is a coach on PAWEN (Pan-African Women Entrepreneurship Network); where she mentors and help young women from across Africa to launch and grow their businesses through an online and onsite platform. She
Her coined quote and philosophy is that: "Kindness is the only universal language, understood by everyone".She translates this in both her personal and professional life.
This is Kofi Achaempong. He is a school drop-out who has acquired a vocation, despite his inability to move up the educational ladder.
He is now a skilful weaver. iVolunteer (Amma Serwaa Bonsu Ampaafo)in collaboration with Centre ADAJA is funding him to Burkina to train more young people on how to make beautiful woven patterns like kente.
This is an initiative under WAYEEP (Women and Youth Economic Empowerment Programme) and is made possibly by Ashoka Sahel. With funding from Robert Bosch Stiftung foundation.

Meet Ms. Daniella G.N. Adubofuor! Our dedicated Head of Children’s Welfare and Child Placement Coordinator with 13 years of experience in working with children from diverse cultures. We are excited to have her join our team with her rich experience in managing children, planning and facilitating child - centered programs to children we reach out to. I - volunteer - is proud to have her join us to make our dream of reaching out to children to put smiles on their faces.
Ms. Daniella has been an international school teacher for the past 13 years and during these years has continually joined several outreach programs to support children in numerous ways. Her love for children goes without question and we at I-Volunteer look forward to a great future together!
